For the Italian feel products of Aldi Netherlands the brand ‘Mama Mancini’ was created. Now Stepfive extended this range of products for Aldi with ready-to-eat pasta meals.
The carton sleeves have a new design and a tasteful visual of the traditional Italian food that’s inside the packaging.

Wondering how far you can push your packaging design to the limit? Designer Ewan Yap presents his ”Big Brand Theory” on Behance with some major and iconic brands (think Heineken, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Red Bull etc.). His beautiful work is an experiment in brand aesthetics, and also informs us on the cropability of logos in terms of image cropability.
Check out the cropability of a brand (or the guts to leave things out).

Earlier this year Aldi Netherlands asked Stepfive Communicatie & Design BNO to restyle their famous Prestige product line. This rebranding included a new logo, positioning and a complete new look for all the existing Prestige packaging design such as foils, carton boxes, tins, sleeves, pet bottles, labels etcetera. Next to it Stepfive also created a fitting shelf ready packaging (SRP) for all these Prestige products.
The result of (a very small part of) all this work is visable right here above, but within the next few weeks we’ll take a closer look at the new Prestige packaging design. So stay tuned!

Another example of the Bonroyaal chocolate products line that recently has been restyled by Stepfive for Aldi Netherlands are the most delicious Chocolate Sticks. These sticks come in three different flavours (pure and milk with coffee, pure with mint and plain milk). This packaging design follows the style that was already created for Bonroyaal by Stepfive. All three flavours have its own colour signing.

Yes, again a new Bonroyaal packaging design from Stepfive for Aldi Netherlands. This time for pure and milk chocolate pralines with crunchy filling in a foil bag. The wrappers for the pralines themselves were also designed by Stepfive.

In addition to the new Quick Bite snackline for Aldi Netherlands, Stepfive also created brand new packaging design for the Quick Bite Wraps. Three different flavours, three different colour signings.

The look of several different products from Potato King, an already existing Aldi brand, is completely renewed by Stepfive for Aldi Netherlands. Above you can see some of the potato breeds that are now packed in a foil with jute suggestion on it and a tasteful product visual. Every single breed has its own colour signing to finish this authentic packaging design with a natural feel.

Yet another new brand for Aldi Netherlands, designed and conceptualized by Stepfive. Meet ‘Delicious Home’, a mark that stands for a tasty range of (sometimes raw) dough products, such as croissants, pancakes and a typical Dutch specialty: poffertjes.
The packaging design for these pancakes and poffertjes are dressed up with bright, traditional table-cloth patterns and tasteful product visuals.

Want it quick and easy? You can now eat your heart out with the new snackline For Aldi Netherlands: Quick Bite. Stepfive conceptualized this new brand and created the packaging design for several ready-to-eat snack products. These products are packed in different forms and types of packaging with a similar design.
The new snackline also comes with matching shelf ready packaging cardboard carton boxes.
